In 2015, Fempro was sold to First Quality.

Headquartered in Cherry Hill, NJ, Pinnacle Foods is a leading producer, marketer and distributor of three lines of high quality, branded food products. The company produced frozen foods under the Swanson and Hungry Man brands, pickles, relish & peppers under the Vlasic brand, and barbecue sauce under the Open Pit brand. In 2003 Pinnacle was sold to JP Morgan Partners, JW Childs and merged with Aurora Foods.

Heritage acquired Campfire Marshmallows, the second leading and oldest marshmallow brand in the U.S., as well as Angela Marie’s, Inc., the leading manufacturer of marshmallow rice crispie treats in the U.S. Heritage was sold to International Home Foods, Inc. in November 1996.
