Claire is a director on the Kainos Operations Team with a focus on supporting the firm’s partner companies with their human capital management strategies, strengthening their organizational development, and fostering relationships with leaders to aid them in achieving business goals. Claire believes that Human Resources (HR) plays an important role in an organization’s overall success through active engagement with employees at all levels to bolster development and achieve their maximum potential. For HR teams, this includes assisting with streamlining ineffective processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk, while also creating more opportunities for strategic initiatives and success. Claire believes in the value of continual learning to better support, guide and coach others with proven best practices.
Claire brings over 15 years of human resource and business management experience to Kainos. Prior to joining Kainos in 2021, she has spent her career working with small to mid-size companies as a consultant, business development manager, and managing director of a national HR service provider. Ms. Bissot has significant experience in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, employee relations, operational optimization, and leadership development. Claire holds a B.B.A. from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and M.B.A. at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
When she is not supporting the partner companies, Claire stays active with her family either in the ocean, exploring sea life, pursuing a lifelong dream to become an experienced sailing captain, or riding her bicycle. When she is not traveling, Claire can also be found at her 1930’s farmhouse working on remodeling projects or refinishing antiques.
