Ben Pesch
Director
Ben is a Director on the Kainos Operations Team, focused on providing strategic operational support to the firm’s portfolio companies. He helps drive performance through automation, process optimization, and the implementation of best practices.
Ben brings 30 years of experience in global supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution within the consumer goods industry. His background includes leading single and multi-site manufacturing and distribution operations, overseeing regional and national teams, developing and deploying global continuous improvement operating systems, and managing large-scale project initiatives.
Prior to joining Kainos in 2025, Ben worked as the Vice President of Operations and Continuous Improvement at Animal Supply Company. Prior to that role, he held positions at Newell Brands, TreeHouse Foods, ConAgra Foods, Ocean Spray Cranberries, PepsiCo, and The Quaker Oats Company.
Ben holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Northern Iowa, with an emphasis on production, operations, and supply chain.
