Colorado Premium is a founder-owned, value-added manufacturer of high-quality beef, chicken and other proteins in sous vide, portioned, marinated and ground formats. The Company’s uncompromising dedication to safety, quality and customer service has forged long-term relationships with coveted foodservice operators, retailers, and subscription food services. Colorado Premium is a true partner to its customers, reliably delivering high-quality meats in a tailored format to meet their specific requirements at a competitive cost.

Country Fresh is a provider of fresh-cut fruit, vegetables, snacking solutions, and ready-to-eat meals to retail and foodservice operators throughout the U.S. and Canada. At the time of exit, Country Fresh primarily sold its products under retailers’ private-label brands and its own brands including Country Fresh, Snack Fresh, Snack Sensations, and Sun Rich, often helping design fresh produce planograms, merchandising programs, and innovative packaging solutions for its retail partners.

Evriholder is a provider of impulse products and merchandising solutions for retailers. The Company’s value-oriented product assortment includes kitchen, storage, laundry, cleaning, personal care, toys, outdoor and other household products that typically retail for $5 or less. The Company’s products are strategically merchandised next to relevant on-shelf products on clip strips, end caps, and side panels or near the check-out queue to drive incremental sales for the retailer. Evriholder also serves as an innovation and merchandising partner for its major customers with a fast product design and development cycle that we believe enables the Company to stay current with consumer interests. Evriholder has also acquired the brands Joie, Progressive, BASE4 Ventures and EXCITE to expand its product and category penetration.

Fempro is a manufacturer and marketer of private label and branded external feminine care products in North America. Its core products include ultra-thin pads, maxis, and panty-liners. The Company provides private label products to retailers throughout North America.

Ferraro Foods is an Italian foodservice distributor in the Eastern U.S., delivering quality food products, value, and reliable service primarily to the Italian restaurant and pizzeria segment. Established in 1975, the multi-generational family-owned business brings fresh ingredients, essential products, and quality service to its valued customers to help them grow their businesses day after day. During Kainos’ ownership, Product Quest was a value-added contract and private label manufacturer of over-the-counter (OTC) and generic drug topical liquids, creams, gels, and sprays that in most cases contained an active pharmaceutical ingredient. The Company developed and manufactured small batch, value-added products, such as sun prevention and anti-aging lotions and sprays, acne treatments, first aid remedies, nasal sprays, high-end moisturizers, and animal flea medications. The Company’s customers included pharmaceutical and branded consumer product companies as well as leading retailers.

SlimFast/HNS (“SlimFast”) is an iconic weight loss and meal replacement brand with high brand awareness in the weight loss category. For over 40 years, SlimFast has helped millions of Americans take control of their diet, lose weight and keep it off. Specialty Sales is an animal health, welfare, and technology distribution business serving dairy cows across the United States. The Company manufactures and installs automated hoof bath and fly spray systems on farms, providing replenishment solutions on a recurring basis, which are essential to maintaining dairy cow health and productivity by improving hoof hygiene.
